The St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Bereavement Ministry aims to validate the feelings that occur when one is Grieving the Death of a Loved One.  It is important to realize that no two journeys will be the same. 

Grief is a unique and individual process.  There is no right or wrong way in grief; there is only your way.
