“…be filled with the Spirit, speaking to each other in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody with your heart to the Lord.” Ephesians 5; 18b-19
In the midst of COVID restrictions, our music ministry is continuing to enhance and animate the Sacred Liturgy. Our Volunteer Cantors are the leaders of music every weekend at the 5:30 PM, the 9:30 AM, the 11 AM, and the 12:30 PM Masses. In addition, over the Summer and Fall, many of them gave of their time and talent to assist in the music for our 13 First Communion Masses and 6 Confirmation Masses. We are very grateful to the following volunteer cantors who are keeping our liturgies filled with the joy of music:
Peter Capurso, Joanna Ciron, Joe Gomez, John Piecuch, Emily Sunaz, Zachary Sunaz, Sheryl Scott, Steven Sylvia, and Terri Wilkowski
We currently have two active choirs at Seton: The Children’s Choir and The Adult Choir. The Children’s Choir sings every Sunday at the 9:30 AM Mass. They rehearse on Tuesdays from 5:30- 6:30 PM. The Adult Choir sings every Sunday at the 11 AM Mass. They rehearse every Wednesday from 7:30- 9 PM. The Contemporary Choir and Hand Bell Choirs are still currently suspended
