Pope Francis overhauled the process of obtaining the Church’s Declaration of Nullity of a marriage that took place in a Catholic Church:

• there is a modest fee for the process;
• the NY Archdiocese can now handle the procedure, no matter where in the world the marriage took place;
• the process is reduced to one step rather than a second review that was formerly required;
• the application form to begin the process may be downloaded from the internet! https:archny.org/tribunal.
