Cardinal Dolan has assigned newly ordained Father John Joseph Figueroa to Seton as our new Parochial Vicar. Father Figueroa, 37, is a Manhattan native of Cuban-born parents. He grew up in Good Shepherd Parish (Manhattan) and Visitation Parish (Bronx) and attended the Cathedral Seminary House of Formation (Douglaston) and St. Joseph’s Seminary (Dunwoodie).  Until ordination he was a parishioner of Christ the King Parish in Yonkers. He has pastoral experience from Annunciation – Our Lady of Fatima Parish (Crestwood), Holy Cross Parish (Bronx), Missionaries of Charity (Bronx), Calvary Hospital (Bronx), Montefiore Medical Center (Bronx) and the Westchester Department of Corrections (Valhalla).
