You may remember Daniel who was assigned to Seton as a Seminarian Intern during the summer of 2015. He eventually returned to his native Germany to continue his formation there. We just received joyful news that he will be ordained a priest by the Archbishop of Freiburg on May 12th and requests our prayers.
Seton’s 2020 Pilgrimage will have a special focus on the Passion Play at Oberammergau, Bavaria. This world famous Passion Play has been taking place every 10 years dating back to 1633. What is unique to our Pilgrimage is that we will also be visiting Northern Italy (Milan and Lake Como), St. Moritz Switzerland, Innsbruck Austria, and other unique and holy places in Bavaria.
As in past years, parishioners are invited to make donations for our Church Greens, Plants and Flowers which will honor our Lord, Mary and the Saints, and decorate our church during the Easter season.
Due to the central importance of Easter to the Christian faith, the Catholic Church requires that all Catholics who have made their First Communion receive the Holy Eucharist sometime during the Easter season, which lasts through Pentecost Sunday.
