Fr. Madu is a priest of the Archdiocese of Columbo, Sri Lanka, ordained in 1990.  He has served in Columbo as both a Parochial Vicar and a Pastor. Since 2006 he has been their Archdiocesan Director of Education and General Manager of Catholic Private Schools. The Archbishop of Colombo, Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith sent Father to the Archdiocese of New York for a period of three years in October 2015.
